1、简述:
The design of the Pharma-line makes it easy to drain and clean, and there is no risk of cross-contamination associated with conventional heat exchangers.

2、用途:
The Pharma-line is designed to work under highest hygienic conditions in applications such as Water-for-Injection (WFI), Purified Water (PW) and heating/cooling of pharmaceutical products.

4、How it works:(工作机理)
The product media flows through a bundle of seamless, electropolished tubes. The service media flows outside the tubes in cross flow. At the end the tubes are fastened by two tube sheets acting as leakage indicators and prevent cross-contamination between the product and the service media.
产品侧媒质通过电抛光处理的无缝钢管束进行流动,冷却媒质侧在相反的方向通过外管路流动,换热管束的末端采用双管板紧固,同时作为渗漏监测点,防止产品和冷却介质双向交叉污染。
5、安装方式:
The Pharma-line can be installed either horizontally or vertically depending on the duty or space. For an easy installation, lifting and mounting devices are welded on the unit.
Pharma-line系列产品可以竖直或水平安装,主要是基于客户的空间要求。为了便于安装,在出厂时,吊装和安装支架已经焊接在换热器上。
6、热应力消除
Thermal fatigue caused by large temperature changes is taken up by the U-bend in two-pass units and by a welded-in bellow in straight units.
大范围的温度变化导致的热应力被双路U形管单元和竖直管路上的内焊波纹管单元(多弯膨胀节)所吸收。
Pharma-X point-of-use cooler(取水点冷却器)
The Pharma-X is a compact point-of-use cooler for Water-For-Injection (WFI) or Purified Water (PW) systems.
Pharma-X是一个用于注射水、纯水系统的取水点冷却器。
1、Easy to install module(易于安装的模块)
The Pharma-X point-of-use cooler is based on an innovative tube-in-tube heat exchanger.

For quick and easy installation, the Pharma-X is suppleid as a complete insulated module with a pitot tube arrangement and either manual or automatic valves.
为了便于快速、容易安装,Pharma-X提供了一个含有皮特管布局和无阀门设计的完全隔离模块。
Installed in a water system, the Pharma-X module can be regarded as a sub-loop of the main loop.
如果被安装在一个水系统里,Pharma-X模块可作为整体循环中的子循环来使用。
2、Hygienic design(卫生级设计)
The Pharma-X meets the stringent hygienic standard imposed by both control authorities and industry.
Pharma-X符合极其严格的、常用于质量控制管理机构和工业领域的卫生标准。
All product wetted parts in the Pharma-X are electropolished and the tubes as seamless.
在Pharma-X系统中,所有产品润湿部件都采用电抛光和无缝钢管。
3、No risk of cross-contamination
(无交叉污染风险)
There are no internal welds in the Pharma-X, thereby eliminating the risk of cross contamination between the product and the service medium.
在Pharma-X系统中,不存在内部焊接点,有效的消除了产品和换热介质之间的交叉污染。
4、Drainable
(完全排空)
The Pharma-X is fully drainable on the product side, with no dead legs.
Pharma-X 在与产品接触侧采用全排空,无死角设计。
5、Quick response
(快速响应)
When switching from 'stand-by mode' to 'cooling mode', cold water is available within seconds.
当从“待机模式”切换至“冷却模式”后,在几秒内就可以产生冷水。
6、Efficient
(高效)
The low hold up volume and the quick response of the heat exchanger ensures that waste of WFI or PW is minimized. The cooling water demand is very low thanks to the efficient heat transfer.
基于换热器的低容积设计和快速响应能力,注射水和纯水的浪费被降至Zui低,高效能的热量传送使得冷却用水的用量极大的减少。
7、SIP
(在线消毒)
If needed, the Pharma-X can be steam sterilized.
如果需要,Pharma-X可以采用蒸汽进行消毒。
8、Minimum maintenance

The Pharma-X is virtually maintenance free with no internal gaskets.
(由于没有内部垫圈,Pharma-X几乎是免维护的。)
9、Standard sizes
(标准尺寸)
The Pharma-X is available in six standard sizes with a heat transfer area ranging from 0.3 m2 to 1.0 m2, allowing a flow rate up to 1800 l/h.
Pharma-X有6种标准尺寸,换热面积从0.3m2到1.0m2,允许流量Zui大可以到1800L/h。
10、How it works
(Pharma-X的工作机理)
10.1、The product flows in the centre channel (fig. 2) meeting the service media in the inner and outer channel to get full countercurrent flow and thereby efficient heat transfer.

如上图(fig 2)所示,产品流在中间管路中流动,冷却介质在内管和外管上流动,完全逆流换热设计。
10.2、Installed as a complete point-of-use cooler the heat exchanger is kept sanitized all the time.
当完全作为取水点冷却器安装使用时,换热器在任何时间都能保持无菌状态。
10.3、In stand-by mode (fig.3), part of the hot WFI is taken via the pitot tube (fig. 4) for a continuous flow through the heat exchanger. Hot WFI is possible to take out through the user point.
在待机模式下(如左图(fig 3)),部分注射用热水通过皮托管进入换热器,来保证有持续的流体通过换热器如下图(fig 4)所示,同时热的注射水能够在用户点被取出。

When cold WFI is needed, the cooling mode (fig. 5) is turned on by an air switch, which closes the recirculation valve and opens the cooling water valve. Within seconds cold WFI is available.
10..4、当需要冷却注射水时,系统通过一个空气开关打开冷却模式(图5),同时关闭了循环水阀门打开了冷却水阀门,只需几秒钟,就可以得到冷却注射水了。
